Each child's physical artwork is digitally photographed, cleaned & cropped, and delivered automatically to the family in the KeeperBox App, where they unlock it for a modest one-time fee. The originals go home safe in the same KeeperBox they came in.

What a provider does
Distributes boxes, scans artwork & earns
Providers — schools, studios, and organizations — distribute KeeperBoxes to the parents who order them, scan the artwork on Collection Day, and hand everything back. Your school earns income on every image a family unlocks.
Your school can earn thousands — every year
Earned automatically with every scan, plus a share of the coming Product Store. No selling, no events to run. And because it earns all year, it stacks on top of your fun run, auction, or whatever else is on the calendar.

How the fundraiser works
Two stages: boxes go home in the fall — Collection Day brings the year back.
Stage 1 — Getting KeeperBoxes Home
Order forms go home
Send home KeeperBox order forms — parents order a box for their child ($10, one-time).
Boxes go home
Hand out the KeeperBoxes — kids carry them home, or parents pick up from the office.
The box fills up
All year long, the artwork goes in the box instead of the fridge pile — nothing to do at school.
Stage 2 — Collection Day
Boxes come back
Run a Collection Day — families drop boxes at the event, or at the office that week.
Scan to open
Scan the QR on each box — the KeeperBox Dashboard opens it for you. No forms, no lookup.
Photograph & upload
Snap each piece and upload to the open box. KeeperBox handles the cleaning, cropping, and delivery.
Families unlock — your school earns
Digital art lands in the family's app; they unlock it for a modest one-time fee. Every unlock sends income to your school.
Originals go home
The box goes back to the family — usually office pickup — with every original safe inside.
