By activating a Partner School, you confirm that you are affiliated with the school you selected (as staff, PTO/PTA member, or an authorized parent representative) and agree to the following:
- The program: KeeperBox provides customized flyers for your school, our team collects & scans the artwork families place in their KeeperBoxes, and your school earns on every scan.
- Earnings: earnings accrue to the school and are shown on your Earnings page. Before any payment is made, we confirm payout details and the recipient's authority to receive funds on the school's behalf.
- One record per school: each school has one active Partner School record. If your school is already enrolled, we'll connect you with the existing program.
- Good standing: we may pause or end a Partner School record that misrepresents its affiliation or misuses the program.
